Bookings
Bookings made in the app are confirmed immediately, based on the free slots shown. The shop decides how many active bookings you can have at once and how far ahead you can book: the current limits are shown in the app.
Cancelling or moving
You can cancel or move in the app up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, call the shop. If you can't come, let us know: the freed slot helps other customers.
No-shows
If you repeatedly fail to show up without warning, we may limit your ability to book in the app.
Payment
Payment is made in the shop, after the service, at the prices shown in the app when you booked.
Changes by the shop
In case of closure, illness or other impediments we may move or cancel an appointment: we will tell you as soon as possible.
Using the app
Use the app properly and with true information. You can delete your account at any time from the profile.
